this is how i tye the yarnie i know there are alot of ways to skin this cat but this is my favorite way to do it, its durable quick and you dont need to tye a funky egg loop for it to work, you can make a big batch of these and throw them in different bags according to color and size or put in trays in your tackle bag they work great! i used them today the fish like them and i like using them, no fumbling with corkies or egg stained hands simple effective cheap and easy to make i know most of you guys on this site already use your own system for making yarnies and there already is a great tutorial on how to make them a different way i just thaught i would show you the easiest way for me
step]1] cut 3-4 pieces of yarn about 2-3 inches long

step[2] bring them together and tye a double knot around the middle of them i use 4lb test for this cause its cheap and theres always a spool of it rolling around somewhere some people use miracle thread i choose not to
http://i152.photobucket.com/albums/s193/samuelm16/yarnie017.jpg
step[3] grab the bundle at the knot or butt in your fingers so the loose ends are all pointing in the same direction
http://i152.photobucket.com/albums/s193/samuelm16/yarnie020.jpg
step[4] trim the loose ends in a half circle shape with scissors
http://i152.photobucket.com/albums/s193/samuelm16/yarnie021.jpg
step [5] fluff all the trimmed ends out to form a ball i dont beleive in spending a huge amount of time getting a perfect ball made after all this is a bait imitation pretty much and you never see a perfect ball of eggs
http://i152.photobucket.com/albums/s193/samuelm16/yarnie025.jpg
step [6] now you can slide your hook tip under the loop of 4lb test you made around the yarn and cinch the rest in your standard egg loop a little scent and your ready to fish u can drift fish these or run them under a float just like you would with a jigg i used peach for the color of this one cause thats what was killing them up at national bird creek today use any color yarn u like as long as its pink peach orange white or black haha
