Dernit, just blew another 20 inch monitor......I was still trying to get the second monitor for the protools setup....now IM down 2 monitors and I need 3, rotf.....

As we speak Chrissy's new computer is failing to load........

This year already we have so far burned up 1 hard drive [from 3 month old computer] , 1 monitor and one set of good altec lansing studio speakers. Tough losses when your trying to upgrade to add more.

Last year we replaced 2 computers entirley and lost a laptop hard drive [un-replacable,{LT in the can} also... 2 monitors, 1 external CD burner, 1 external hard drive [clip storage] 3 keyboards and 5 cheap @$$ 10 dollar mice.

Software Upgrades? Funny you should ask...Have a nice day!:)

One thing I can tell you is that building your own or buying non proprietary such as from Tiger Direct or purchase parts from Fry's and build will give you a better platform to fix or replace your crashes...if you know how, we do and we do......We buy em new and get warrentys, then fix em ourselves after that if they are not to outdated.

The parts they use in the cheaper market computers may sound big but they are crap and each time they crap you have to send them back..........Only thing good in them is the mother board. Best way to handle this is to buy only at Best Buy and pay for the extra 3 year warrenty and let the Geek Squad clean up your mess. Its worth it, we would be out of biz if we did not do that with all of our camera gear and many of our computers and external gear. It is worth it, trust me.....

The Day Rolls On!

Thank god or Best Buy rather once again for the extra 3 year extended service and replacement plan!

New monitor and new computer on the way!

In the current issue of Business Week magazine and the 13th annual ranking of top-performing companies in America, the company "Best Buy" is ranked #9 in America...only 1 spot below microsoft and 1 spot above Mastercard. Any idea why that is?

Customer satisfaction!
