Well last night I had decided to go out to walmart an buy a new spinning reel, which I could use for largemouth, an when I get the chance, steelhead. Its about 6'6 an its a zebco which I would consider decently reliable. Well this morning I tryd to set the reel in, an the spool fell right out, just like that.
an i'v tried for 3 hours now to just get it to stay there without making scrape the metal inside, an It possibly may be missing something which I dont knw about so heres my question, Should I return it an get my money back?? Or send it to the company or what??? Any suggestions??

By the way, the real thats given me problems is a "Genesis". Never heard of them b4, but i'm definately not buying any more of them!

Sorry to hear, can you have them replace it if it is defective?

Stephan, I would return it also and take your $ to a local fishing shop and talk to someone who knows about their products you may pay a little more but it will be money well spent in the long run. Ryan
