Hey there, I think matt is the only one who makes the fishing clips on SSSF(I think) an if your some 1 else who helps him i'd like to ask yall a question. Any new clips of ya fishing lately? I'd love to see some new clips, an new or improved techniques for just about anything. An if you dont have any ideas as what to try to film, may I recommend trying to film a deal about Halibut fishing?? I know this is more of a salmon, trout, and steelhead thing but we are Oregonians, an we love our halibut, right?? So hey, maybe give it a go?? Love to hear some ideas :D

I have been thinking of some good clip ideas, now the trick is to get them. Not likely to be halibut since I am not on the ocean often but I have some other ideas IM interested in. For now I have a ton of new computer programs to learn before I can move on.......A sort of unwanted break that had to be done to leave behind outdated programs. I am fishing with Ed Fast today on the sandy, I will grab a clip from the river if possible.
Thanks for your interest! :D

Hey Matt maybe you can try an get down this way (Bend) and shoot an outing on Davis fly-roding for largemouth bass in the morning and a good hatch for trout in the afternoon all on the same lake. The bass are a guaranteed hookup. I lost a good 5+lber the other day but you can catch fistfulls of 2-3 lbers one after another. It would make for some good shooting with lots of action. I will be floating the Jon Day hopefully at the beginning of next week and that float from service Creek to Twickingham holds 4000 smallies per river mile. My flyshop guru says I will hook around 75 smallies ranging from 1-4 lbs. that might make for some good shooting too. Let me know and I can arrange my schedule just as long as it is not the weekend of july 11-12th. I have the US Mid Amatuer to do. Other than that is tight lines and not enough time in the day.

Brian, your having way to much fun out in the desert! I will take you up on that Davis lake, we may camp out there this summer.....or fall, not sure just yet but maybe you can come up to the lake then....Or we can do Quinn River? I dont know but I would be happy to see that country again.
Stephan, we did have fun, and we did catch fish! I have a clip of one of the springers I hooked into...Nothing big but its what I was able to get yesterday.
