90 degrees all week! Camping here we come!

Living in a third floor apt with the sun pounding on it does have its downfalls! We have decided it'd be much better to flee to a campground than to live in the a/c all week. Anyone else decide to take this route?

I can taste the barbequed foods now=)

Hahaha! No doubt about the upper floor heat factory! I live on the second, of two floors, and it gets beat on all day long! And I don't have an A/C unit. Kinda sucks.

I'm headed out to the hills surrounding Mt. Jefferson. Mostly to fish, but it beats the valley heat! Hope you and Mayhew have fun Christina!

This weekend my wife and I, along with some friend are headed out to Lake Harriet to camp out for the weekend. Even with the A/C on in the house, the 2nd floor is almost always in the 80s.

Just got back from coos bay sand dunes and decided to head back down there this weekend and ride the sand again. The coast can be 20 Degrese cooler.

awesome plans guys! It amazed me last year how much different the weather can be on the coast. I went to seaside when my parents came and it was freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezing compared to inland 90 deg weather. My dad had only shorts and tees. I found it quite amusing seeing him shiver=)

Fun times !

I'm gearing up for the annual "Guys" weekend camping trip that starts Friday and goes to next Monday. You'd figure after spending a couple of weeks in a tent in Alaska I'd be sick of it....but I love it. We'll be in the coast range where the temps hopefully are much cooler than around here !
