Cure-All Fluorescent Salmon Egg Cure Pics

I finished a beautiful batch of coho roe in Cure-All Fluorescent Salmon color to use for sidedrifting or float fishing this winter. The dye in this color is very mild and required a little more than 2 hours to get the eggs cured through. I used a double curing process on these eggs shown for optimum results. The color is unique because it sits just slightly out of the normal cure color spectrum. Is not a red and its not an orange or anything in between. Closer to a shade of pink it is more of a rosy salmon color derived of peach and pink. When mixed with natural egg skein colors you get unique results. The color of your eggs will decide the final shade. In this batch I had 3 different egg colors consisting of yellow, orange and dark translucent red. The dye in the cure equalized the difference in shades overall but perhaps the most unique are the finished dark red translucent eggs shown in the first photo. It was pretty amazing to see what the cure did to these eggs. Wish I could find more like that!



The batch process shown below is the same as our SSSF Egg Curing Tutorial I used coho roe and pint mason canning jars.

You can see the difference between the natural egg [right] and the flo salmon skeins soaking in the bath tub to the left. I am finding with Cure-All that the drain off cure juice is very clean and can be saved to rehydrate over dried eggs where normaly I would discard. I am also finding that this is a super cure to use for coho roe because it is a very mild sulfite cure and it does not single out your coho skeins as much other more powerful sulfite based cures can sometimes do. Inland coho anglers will appriciate this im certain...







Hard to match the color from my camera all the way to your monitors color but this is about as close as I could get the color on an indoor shot, going by the binder and table color to compair from.

So in all I am very happy with how the batch came out and IM looking forward to sidedrifting this bait soon. I will certainly be happy to show off the results since I know they will be favorable
