What I am about to show you are some Xtreme Cured Roe...

I and Kim have been working on this for about a month now trying to make it work. As time goes on, there will be some kinks to work out. So here it is...

Fluorescent Chartreuse Cured Roe (Top View)
I know it not the famous red color roe that you see everywhere, but this is going to be a hit I think.
The next Picture is a side view.

    Up close view

The next couple of pictures I will show you what the cured roe looks like in water…

What they look like after their in the water (Top View)

    (Side View)

Can you see the color they milk out…? A nice Chartreuse color MILK…

The next couple of pictures will be the roe taken out of jar of water and placed on a lid; you can see now what the roe looks like after they had time to milk out.

With this picture I popped some single berries on the lid to show you what happens and if you look close you will some reddish orange stuff. That is the oils from the egg itself.

The next two pictures will give you more of an insight…

Now you can decide if you would fish the new color roe, I bet the fish would like them…
Thank you for your time. Any questions feel free to ask.
There is also a video I did. Here is the link:
